Richard Kusnierz

Executive Chairman



Richard Kusnierz is one of the founders and original shareholders of Transaction Analysts Limited. He was elected Executive Chairman at the end of 2009. Richard's experience in the use of data mining to identify risk exposure with organisation's financial systems compliments Transaction Analysts core aim of adding value to the bottom line by protecting profit and enhancing cash flow. He is a regular speaker at international security and auditing conferences on the topic of data mining to detect operational risk and financial loss and has spoken in Hawaii, Rio de Janeiro, Dubai, Warsaw, Milan, Amsterdam and Copenhagen.


Vijay Parekh

Director



Vijay has been a Client Manager at Transaction Analyst for over 8 years, having led major projects with clients such as Sony, WS Atkins, Unipart Group and the BBC. He has strong project management and reporting skills and has successfully analysed and negotiated single vendor claims in excess of £1m. He is confident in speaking to people at levels both internally and externally to the client's organisation. Prior to joining Transaction Analysts he was a Microsoft Certified IT Trainer delivering training solutions into corporate and blue chip companies, prior to this he was with DSG International at Senior Management level. He has a B.Eng Hons in Electronics and Communications and served a four year Technical Apprenticeship with British Gas. Verbal language skills include Hindi, Gujarati and basic Urdu and Punjabi.


Lloyd Clark

Director



Lloyd has been with TA since 2003, during which time he has made significant recoveries across both private and public sector clients. These recoveries have resulted from both duplicate payment errors and contract compliance issues and have regularly amounted to recoveries of several hundred thousand pounds from individual cases. Lloyd is currently responsible for all TA NHS clients but is still involved with a number of private sector clients including News International, Eircom and Southampton City Council. Lloyd also worked solo on the re-negotiation of labour supply contracts on behalf of a major construction industry client during which time projected savings of £2.7 million were achieved.
Prior to joining TA Lloyd worked for 6 years as a police officer followed by 5 years within the AR and AP Departments of NSB Retail Solutions and was heavily involved in the financial integration of acquired companies into the group structure both within the UK and North America. Lloyd was also responsible for maximising AR revenue and through a number of contract compliance projects was able to secure almost £3 million in additional annual revenue. Following his departure from NSB, Lloyd worked as an AP manager within a major NHS Trust.
