HISTORIC COST RECOVERY We will examine your supplier transactions in the last 4 to 5 years and, through the application of cutting edge data mining, identify potential duplicate payments. On average we are able to recover between 0.05% and 0.1% of the value of accounts payable spend. UTILITIES AUDIT The Utilities audit process consists of identifying invoices received for inactive sites, incorrect tariffs applied, meter readings that do not follow on from one another, etc. VAT RECOVERY Our VAT specialists will identify unclaimed input VAT and prepare a claim for submission to HM Revenue & Customs to recover unclaimed input VAT. PROPERTY AUDIT Our expert property team examine all aspects of occupational property costs including checking rates for void historic payments, checking tax deductions on rate refunds, verifying the correct rents payable, etc. CONTRACT COMPLIANCE We will perform a detailed examination of all key contracts/agreements for the supply of goods and/or services to ensure that what you have paid is precisely what you contracted to pay. This is not a procurement review, or an exercise in cost reduction. PROCUREMENT CARDS In addition, TA is the only consultancy which can review an organisation's "P-cards" expenditure against the accounts payable system to uncover duplicate payments which span the two different payment mechanisms.
